Q. How may pages / funnels can I build?
A. As many as you like.

Q. Can I edit everything on the page or just a few elements?
A. Our builder is incredibly flexible. You can edit or change nearly 100% of what is on your page.

Q. Do I have to use your page templates?
A. No, you can start from scratch (blank page) or you can import and design your own templates.

Q. Where are my pages stored? Do I have to download them?
A. Your pages will be "live" on your own subdomain on our system.

Q. Can I use a different autoresponder or do I have to use yours? ie. aweber, getresponse, etc..
A. Our builder supports almost every other autoresponder system out there with copy & paste simplicity.

Q. Can I export my pages and host them on my own domain?
A. Yes you can easily export your pages as HTML, or you can use our Wordpress plugin to import your pages directly into your Wordpress blog.

Q. Can I add my own tracking and "pixel" codes to my pages.
A. Yes you can.

Q. How many emails can I send? Are there limits?
A. The only limits are the number of active contacts on your lists (see our pricing chart).

Q. Can I import my own leads and send emails to them?
A. No, we do not support importing leads (it kills deliverability and reliability).

Q. Can I export and backup my contact lists?
A. Yes you can export your leads.

Q. Can I add my own custom fields to my opt in forms?
A. Yes you can add as many custom fields as you need.

Q. Will my emails get delivered?
A. Our autoresponder is a stable, proven, system that uses exclusive "whitelisted" email servers to ensure your emails get delivered as they should.

Q. Do you support single opt-in as well as double opt-in?
A. Yes, you can choose to set up your forms as single or double opt-in.

Q. What is your spam policy for complaints?
A. We deal with complaints on a case by case basis. If you are responsible with your lead generation and your email practices this won't be an issue.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept all major credit cards and payment via paypal.

Q. If I only want the page builder and not the autoresponder, can you cut me a deal?
A. No. Our products are sold as a package, not separately.

Q. Can I upgrade my membership?
A. Yes, you can upgrade at any time within your members area.

Q. Do you have an annual payment option?
A. No, our membership is paid monthly.
